Beaufort joined Webster's global campus network in 1979. Classes are open to career-minded professionals throughout the metro area as well as active military and their dependents, employees of the military base, and retirees who wish to pursue graduate studies to advance their careers and promote their professional development. Three campuses serve the Beaufort metro area: at the U.S. Marine Corps Air Station, the U.S Naval Hospital, and the U.S. Marine Corps Recruit Training Depot on Parris Island. The Beaufort campuses are also approved for the training of veterans. Traditional classroom courses meet one evening per week from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m. Saturday classes are offered from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m.
