Webster University has offered graduate degree courses at Fort Sill since 1989. The program is open to active military and their dependents, as well as employees of the military base and retirees. The Fort Sill campus is also approved for the training of veterans. Classes meet one evening per week from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m.
