Webster University has provided outstanding graduate education to the military since 1974, when Webster launched its first master's programs at Fort Sheridan in Chicago and Scott Air Force Base near St. Louis. The success of these programs led to the creation of graduate programs for all branches of the military and the opening of campuses throughout the United States and overseas.
Today, Webster University continues to prepare students for the global challenges of the 21st century. Hunter Army Airfield and Fort Stewart campuses joined Webster's global campus network in 2002 and 2003, respectively. Classes are open to career-minded professionals throughout the area, active-duty military and their dependents, and employees of the military bases and retirees who wish to pursue graduate studies to advance their careers and promote their professional development.
Traditional classroom courses meet one evening per week. In addition, Webster University offers many degree programs online through Webster's WorldClassRoom.
