The School of Communications’ graduate program offers a M.A. in Advertising & Marketing Communications that delivers a real-world approach to learning.

Advertising and Marketing Communications students examine all phases of the communications process through hands-on experience — planning, budgeting, creative strategy development, copywriting, media planning, research and production of single pieces and integrated campaigns.

All faculty are experts in the field.

Yupa Saisanan formerly managed advertising accounts in Bangkok for JWT, the world’s oldest advertising agency. Barry Smith works at Anheuser-Busch Companies Inc. as a director for retail marketing communications.

The 36-credit-hour degree can be completed in about 2 1/2 years by taking one class during each of the five, nine-week terms per year. Prior to enrolling, students must have a minimum of six undergraduate credit hours in the field.
