Master of Health Administration

Webster University’s master of health administration (M.H.A.) program is designed for middle managers, directors of clinical departments such as nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, HMO managers, health insurance managers, medical directors (MDs), and first-line clinicians with a bachelor's degree.

The curriculum is designed to equip students with the skills necessary for effective management or administration in a health care field. To qualify for the program, students should have a background in the health care field by way of an undergraduate program, diploma, or practical experience.

This distinctive program is taught by working professionals in the field, setting it apart from programs offered by other universities. Webster's program also focuses on health-industry specific knowledge about management, organizations, costs, strategies, and reimbursement.
